Available daily, the Niseko Kid's Club is a great option for children too young to get on the snow and babysitting is available for those who would like a dinner without the kids.
Babysitting Service
Travelling with young children takes a little extra planning, and we are here to make it easier. With our trusted partner, Niseko Kids Club, professional caregivers ensure your little ones enjoy their holiday just as much as you do.
Your babysitter will come prepared with activities to keep your child entertained, or take them outside to play in the snow when the weather permits.
Parents are kindly asked to provide essentials such as meals, snacks, nappies, bottles, clothing, and any other personal items. Routines can be shared with the babysitter at the start of care.

Important Notes:
- Must be booked in advance and is subject to availability due to high demands
- Available for children between 0 - 15 years of age
- Minimum booking of 3 hours
- Maximum of 4 children per babysitter (up to 2 children under the age of 2 years)
- Late fees and extensions are charged in 30-minute increments
- Food, drink, milk and diapers are not included in the service.
Niseko Kids Club Terms and Conditions
- For the safety of your children and babysitters, no visitors except for a pre-arranged list of persons are allowed in the room or to care for the children while Niseko Kids Club babysitters are present.
- A late fee will be charged for each instance coming back later than the scheduled time. Late fees or extensions are charged in increments of 30 minutes. Depending on the schedule, babysitters may not be able to extend time.
- Niseko Kids Club babysitters are prohibited from receiving transportation from a client except for paid public transportation or taxi.
- Niseko Kids Club must be informed at the time of reservation if children have any allergies or medical conditions.
- Niseko Kids Club strongly recommends guests have comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected costs incurred by travel delay, injury or illness.
- Babysitting service may be refused when the child has a fever, virus, infectious disease, or sickness with the possibility of spreading.
- In the event of an accident, Niseko Kids Club will not be liable for accidents that may occur before, during, or after the accident, unless the accident is the result of the Niseko Kids Club’s deliberate or gross negligence.
- Parents or guardians must be contactable by phone or email while the children is in the care of Niseko Kids Club.
- Parents or guardians must immediately return to attend to their children if they are requested to do so by Niseko Kids Club staff.
- Children may not be able to play outside due to weather conditions and staff/child ratios.
Concierge Terms and Conditions
- This is an exclusive booking service to Skye Niseko accommodation guests.
- Bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance and subject to availability due to high demands.
- Payment for Concierge bookings is due 7 days prior to check-in.
- Cancellation 15 days or less prior to the booking date will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 5 Days or less prior to the booking date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking and no shows.
