Ninja Kids (3-6 years) - Ski only
Ninja Kids is a safe and fun program to help your child improve their skiing skills and gain confidence on the slopes. It's perfect for parents who want to give their children a great start in skiing.

Yama Riders (7-14 years)
Yama Riders is dedicated to keeping children safe while they enjoy a friendly and pleasant learning atmosphere. Open to both skiers and snowboarders, the program features a weekly Kids Fun Race and a Kids Passport to track progress.

Adult Group Lessons (Age 15 years and above)
Group lessons are an excellent choice whether you are a beginner or looking to gain your confidence back on the slopes. With experienced instructors and group support, you can improve your skiing or snowboarding skills and boost your confidence.

Booking Terms and Conditions
- This booking service is exclusive to guests staying in Skye Niseko.
- Payment for Concierge bookings is due 7 days prior to check-in.
- Bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
- Please note availability is extremely limited in the peak season. Submitting a booking form does not guarantee the booking.
- Equipment rental is not included in the lesson price and must be arranged separately.
- Lift tickets are obligatory and are not included in the lesson price (Required for all lifts including the magic carpets as per Tokyu Grand Hirafu rules).
- Please arrive with your Snowsports gear and lift ticket ready to use. Underprepared Participants will not be able to join the lessons.
- Minimum age of participation is 3 years old for ski lessons and 7 years old for snowboard lessons. Age requirements must be met (strict).
- Other ski schools in Grand Hirafu resort do not provide English group lessons.
GoSnow Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 3 days or less prior to the lesson start date will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
- Cancellation includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking and no shows.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted during office hours 8:00~17:00 JST to meet the dead-line.

- Last minute cancellations/amendments due to physical injury or illness cannot be refunded. However, GoSnow can provide relevant documents for any travel insurance claims.
