Service Updates for 2020-21 Winter Season
Due to the effects of COVID-19, there will be changes to the services offered at Niseko Mountain Resort Grand Hirafu and Skye Niseko for the 2020-21 winter season.
Grand Hirafu Lift Operations
The Niseko Grand Hirafu Gondola and Holiday Pair Lift #1 will start operating from December 19, 2020. Night skiing (16:30-20:00) will only be available on the Ace Quad Lift #2 (Center 4), but also on the Ace Family Quad Lift every Saturday.
Also, the Holiday Pair Lift #1 will only operate on weekends from January 18, 2021, and Swinging Monkey will operate on weekends from January 25, 2021.

Skye Niseko Services
Please note that the following services will not be available during the 2020-21 winter season:
- Ryko Spa
- Shuttle Bus
- Bell Service (except when assistance is needed)
For concierge service, the following services can be arranged. (We recommend making a reservation at least 7 days prior to arrival.)
- Private Transfers
- Lift Passes
- Ski Equipment Rental
- Ski Lessons
- Kumo Restaurant Dinner Bookings
- Car Parking Reservations
Other services such as restaurant reservations, bus transfers, day tours, and other activity reservations will not be available. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
COVID-19 Prevention Measures
In order to minimise the risk of infection and spread of the COVID-19 for Guests and staff, we have strengthened our hygiene and cleaning measures. For more information, please click here (Japanese).
GoTo Travel Regional Coupons
The Regional Coupons can be used to pay at participating stores and hotels in the area. If you have a specific store or other location where you would like to use the coupons, please search the map of stores that accept the coupons or contact the store directly to inquire about the availability of the coupons.
Coupons can be used to make the following payments:
- Payment for services and items that can be charged to the room
- Meals and beverages
- Payment at hotel’s in-house services
- Food and beverage expenses not included on the accommodation fee
- Activity fees
- Package delivery
- Laundry services
- Taxi arrangement fees
- Lift passes
