Owners Benefits

As an owner in Skye Niseko, you are entitled to our special benefits. Discounts are only available when the services are booked through our Concierge team and paid for through your Owner account. In addition, you must be staying in your Skye Niseko unit when taking advantage of the discounts.

Concierge Services

For winter 2018/19, a 5% discount will be available on most services when booked through our Concierge Team, including:

  • Ski/Snowboard rentals at Skye Niseko
  • Massage/Beauty treatments at Ryko Spa (Skye Niseko's Spa)
  • GoSnow ski & snowboard lessons
  • Ski/Snowboard rentals at Skye Niseko
  • All Mountain and Grand Hirafu lift passes
  • Public or private transfers
  • Food and wine packs

Food & Beverage Discounts

We will also be offering 5% off all food and beverage purchases in Kumo Restaurant and the Skye Niseko Café Deli. To receive this discount we ask that you identify yourself as an owner at the time of booking or when taking your seat. The restaurant team will then charge the meal directly to your room.

Breakfast

All paying guests have breakfast included in their room as a package at 2,400 yen per person. For owner bookings, the default setting is no breakfast. If you wish to enjoy our Japanese-Western buffet breakfast you can book at 2,280 yen per person.

Free Ski/Board Wax

Simply bring your skis or board to the Skye Niseko Ski Valet and we will provide you with a free machine wax to get you back on the slopes in no time!

Terms and Conditions

  • Services are available when you are staying in your own unit in Skye Niseko
  • Services must be booked through our Concierge, Spa or Restaurant Teams
  • You must identify yourself as an owner when making a booking at Kumo Restaurant or when taking your table
  • Services must be paid for from your Owner account
  • Discounts are available to any guest staying under an owner booking (not only direct family members)
  • We will apply the discount automatically to any services that fulfil these terms and conditions when we process payment from your owner account.
  • Discounts are available on any service that can be booked by our Concierge Team and charged to your booking. This does not include restaurant bookings outside Skye Niseko.
