Terms & Conditions
Service:
- Room cleaning - Full cleaning service provided twice a week during your stay. Linens and room wear are changed once per week.
- Welcome drink - Enjoy a weekly welcome drink, with drink tickets (two per bedroom per week) provided upon check-in.
- Breakfast - Long Stay package includes complimentary breakfast (one ticket per bedroom per week) at Kumo Restaurant. Additional breakfast is available at ¥4,000 per Adult(16+) / ¥3,000 per Child (7-15).

Parking:
The parking lot on the Yotei side (next to Kumo Restaurant) is ¥500 Per/Day , while parking in front of the main entrance is available for a fee of ¥1,000 Per/Day.

Additional charges will apply for special requests, such as specific floor or view designation.
High floor (5th floor or above)*: ¥1,000 Per/Day
Mt Yotei View: ¥1,000 Per/Day
East View : ¥500 Per/Day
