Located in the Skye Niseko lobby, Café Deli serves barista-crafted coffee, signature drinks, specialty matcha creations, house-baked breads and pastries from Yotei Bakery, and SORA soft serve.

From 18 July to 25 October, Skye Cafe Deli is open from 9:00 - 18:00 on weekends and public holidays.
From 26 - 30 August, Skye Cafe Deli will also be open from 9:00 - 18:00 during Gran Fondo week.

SORA Soft Serve
Named for the Japanese word meaning "sky," SORA is a luxurious soft-serve crafted with Hokkaido's renowned milk and cream, available exclusively at Café Deli. From classic cones to indulgent affogatos - plain, cioccolato, or spiked with liqueur - it's the kind of treat that lifts your spirits any time of day.
