Masahiro Yokoi brings over 30 years experience in hotels, beginning his career at global Hilton Nagoya, Japan, after graduating from the International College of Tourism. After 13 years, he went on to world-renowned The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur before moving to New Zealand in 1998. As the General Manager of Stamford Hotels and Resorts Australia & New Zealand, Masahiro operated 11 luxury five-star properties over 10 years.
Returning to his home of Japan in 2008, Masahiro went on to Director positions for Intercontinental Hotels Group Asia Pacific, Park Hotel Group and back to his roots at Hilton Nagoya. Masahiro is delighted to manage Skye Niseko at the height of his career, while being able to share in the natural beauty of Hokkaido with guests from around the world.

With over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, Tatsuyoshi Iwata brings the highest standards of housekeeping services to Skye Niseko. From his time as Housekeeping Office Supervisor, Housekeeping Manager to Executive Housekeeper, he has built a reputation for leading teams to consistently exceed guest expectations.
Tatsuyoshi has won many awards during his time at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo and Resort Whistler, Oakwood Japan and InterContinental Osaka, including Manager of the Quarter and Year-end High Performance Awards for overseeing daily operations and his instrumental role in upholding excellence at all times. Having built and maintained high scores on guest surveys throughout his career, Tatsuyoshi takes pride in providing guests with impeccable service.

With over nine years working in customer service and experience in staff training and management, Kirsten Fairbairn brings her precision and passion for people to Skye Niseko. Having worked in Australia and Europe and being based in Niseko since 2016, Kirsten was promoted from Front Desk to Individual Properties Manager with Niseko Alpine Developments before joining Skye Niseko. She is delighted to now welcome guests at Skye Niseko and to make their stay unforgettable.
Graduating from Sapporo University, Eri discovered her interest in hospitality services working at the information desk in Sapporo. Living in Niseko for the past six years, she has experienced Niseko's magical winter first hand and is ready to provide guests with local information and recommendations.
