Fresh vegetables from the Niseko area, grown at the foot of Mt. Yotei and surrounded by nature.
Encircling the foot of Mt. Yotei, the towns of Kutchan, Niseko, Kyogoku, Kimobetsu, Makkari, and Rankoshi form a region where agriculture thrives throughout the green season. The distinct climate with its temperature differences, the pure waters flowing from Mt. Yotei, volcanic soil, and heavy snowfall all combine to create the unique natural conditions that make it possible to grow vegetables found nowhere else.

Homemade Vanilla Pudding
A silky-smooth in-house-made vanilla pudding crafted with fresh eggs from Ishikawa Poultry Farm in Kutchan. With its melt-in-the-mouth texture and delicate sweetness, it is the perfect indulgence to finish your meal.
