New Snow in Niseko

Receiving its very first snowfall in town, Niseko is slowly transforming into the familiar magical winter wonderland we know and love. Within the coming months, the entirety of the resort will be covered in fresh layers of pristine white snow for Winter 2018/19.

Sitting at the top of Hirafu village, Skye Niseko and its surrounding are dressed with a layer of fresh snow. Temperatures are continuing to drop in Niseko and winter is truly on its way.

The snow is beginning to set at the top of the mountain and it won't be very long until the slopes are ready for various snow activities. Niseko United resorts are scheduled to open (weather depending) on the following dates:

• Niseko Grand Hirafu: Friday, 23rd Nov
• Niseko Annupuri: Friday, 23rd Nov
• Niseko Village: Saturday, 1st Dec
• Niseko Hanazono: Saturday, 1st Dec
