Who are We?
HTM is one of the largest property manager and employers in Niseko, managing over 1,500 pillows in over 750 bedrooms; 350 units throughout more than 40 buildings. In addition to its hotel brands Skye Niseko, Ki Niseko, and Niseko Central, HTM manages GoSnow ski school, SkyExpress transport services, wellness facilities Ryko Spa and Ki Spa, YamaSport premium rentals, and F&B restaurants An Dining and Kumo Restaurant.
Skye Niseko is a full-service, ski-in ski-out, condominium hotel in the premier location in the resort. Opened in winter 2018, the hotel comprises 105 apartments and penthouses complemented by stunning mountain vistas, situated by the ski-slopes at the top of Hirafu Village. Featuring a 200-seat restaurant, apres-ski bar, delicatessen & café, onsen, wellness spa, gym, ski valet with rental services and retail, Skye Niseko takes Niseko’s resort accommodation to new heights.

Front Desk
Front Desk Team are the face of Skye Niseko and provide excellent hospitality that exceeds Guest expectations.
Concierge
The Concierge team help Guests make the most of their holiday by assisting them with activity and service bookings.
Bell Attendant
The Bell Attendant warmly welcomes and sees off all Guests staying at Skye Niseko, ensuring a memorable and seamless arrival and farewell from the hotel.
Overnight Front Desk
The Overnight Front Desk staff prepares for the next day's operation and deals with anything that occurs overnight.
